His background spans complex infrastructure and data center projects for global organizations, public municipalities, and universities. He's managed PMIS implementations, led data architecture initiatives, and guided organizations through technology transformations — combining strategic perspective with deep technical expertise.
Falyn Wood
As co-founder and Operations Manager of Datalus Group, Falyn combines years of hands-on experience with a forward-thinking approach to help clients optimize their capital construction programs. Building on a background managing operations for a South Florida contracting firm, she brings expertise in system implementation, process improvement, and team leadership. She's also an experienced writer and editor with a background in copyediting and technical writing.
